1. First Come, First Serve.( Organizers retains right to select depending on category, theme and continuity.)
2. No song can be repeated in a category (upto discretion of Organizers). Any song in a Movie/Film will be ruled in Filmi/Open category.
This may include Remixes at discretion of Organizers.NOTE: Music may be stopped & result in Disqualification if rule is violated without notifying organizers..
3. Penalty and/or disqualification will result if time limit exceeded. Duration of the song-music to be provided- cannot exceed 5 mins. Folk/Filmi and 6 mins. Classical.
4. Artists are expected to report early for check-in and be ON-TIME for their performance & provide their own Tapes/CD’s music-cued etc. Please collect them once finished.
5. Each group will be allowed to perform only one dance item.
6. Juniors may perform in Senior category if needed.
7. If there are less than 3 entries per category, only one main prize may be awarded.Everyone has to buy a ticket. Participants will get participant tickets including ONE Legitimate Director of group only.No refunds
8. Parents, Makeup artists and well-wishers are expected to purchase tickets. If a child occupies a seat, they need to have a ticket.
9. Extra decorations will have to be cleared by organizers. No candles/diyas allowed. You bring any decorations, equipment, clothes, jewelry, etc. at your own risk.
10. No vulgarities, Obscenities etc. are allowed at this family event. Immediate disqualification and expulsion of the person(s) will result.
11. Rules may be changed at the discretion of the organizers without advance notice.
12. All decisions of the judges and all rules & interpretations of the organizers are final.
13. You are responsible for all items, equipment, music, clothes AND members of your group. Please ensure their safety.

I indemnify all claims against the organizers- in event of any injury caused by or during the participants of the above event. I agree to honor and abide by all the rules and agree to accept the decision of the judges and Organizers as final. I also appreciate all the hard work and dedication of the Volunteers, Judges and Organizers!
